    Join Us for GST’s November “Gathering of Minds”

    Dear GST Members,

    We’re excited to invite you to our next Geophysical Society of Tulsa “Gathering of Minds.”

    When: Thursday, November 13, 2025
    Time: 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM
    Where: Baxter’s Interurban Grill (main dining area)

    At our October gathering, conversation flowed from how Phillips got its start and early industry stories to the evolution of computing systems and programming languages that came long before Python. It was a great reminder of how much experience and history our members bring to the table.

    This month, we’ll keep that same open format — an informal time to connect, share ideas, and talk about whatever topics spark interest. Whether it’s geophysics, geology, weather, or something a little lighter like pets or hobbies, all are welcome.

    Our goal is simple: to share knowledge, exchange experiences, and enjoy time together as a community of geophysicists. We hope to see you there!
